Perkins&Will
Katelyn Dimopoulos is an accomplished designer and engineer with a strong background in architecture and civil/structural design. Currently serving as Designer II at Perkins&Will since June 2022, Katelyn holds a LEED AP BD+C credential. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia Tech School of Architecture, where assistance was provided in the Digital Fabrication Lab, and as a Research Fellow at Hart Howerton. Katelyn worked as a Civil/Structural Design Engineer at KCI Technologies, contributing to roadway design projects, and gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern with the World Food Programme in Italy, focusing on humanitarian product development. Additional internships include roles at Textron Specialized Vehicles and tutoring in mathematics at Mercer University. Katelyn earned a Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University.
