Ray Bouley

Ray Bouley is a seasoned marketing and growth strategist with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal and Director of Strategic Growth at Perkins&Will since April 2025, Ray drives business development, marketing strategy, and brand positioning initiatives. Prior to this, Ray was Chief Growth Officer at Cooper Carry, where efforts centered on revenue growth, client acquisition, and brand awareness. Previously, Ray held the position of EVP, Sr. Director of Markets Marketing & Communications at JLL, focusing on building a diverse marketing organization. Additionally, Ray co-founded Next Step, providing executive marketing services, and led Full Circle Productions, a residential real estate marketing firm. Ray's career began with the establishment of Bouley Creative Group, a full-service marketing agency. Educational credentials include a BFA in Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology and executive education in Mergers and Acquisitions from The Wharton School.
