Richard Marshall

Richard Marshall is the current Principal and Managing Director of Perkins&Will in Los Angeles. Richard has been with the company since September 2012 and in their current role, they work closely with firm leaders focused on work outside of North America. Prior to joining Perkins&Will, Richard was with AECOM as the Principal and Regional Director of Urban Design for Asia. Richard was also an Associate Professor in Urban Design and Director of Urban Design Degree Programs at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. In addition, they have held various other leadership positions such as Regional Chair for North America and Director at Woods Bagot.

Richard Marshall has a professional coaching certification from iPEC Coaching in executive coaching. Richard also has a MAUD from Harvard University in architecture and urban design. Additionally, they have a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University. Finally, they have a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) from the University of Adelaide in architecture.

Richard Marshall reports to Phil Harrison, Principal & CEO. They are on a team with Tyson Curcio - Principal & Chief Practice & Operating Officer, Murali Selvaraj - Principal & CIO, and Kay Kornovich - Principal & Managing Director, Seattle.
