Robert Armendariz

Robert Armendariz, MSHR, M.A., currently serves as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Perkins&Will, having previously held senior analyst roles at James Hardie and positions at other organizations including DePaul University and the City Colleges of Chicago. With a strong foundation in HRIS, Robert has demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis, data management, and employee training. Highlights of Robert's career include high praise from leadership for analytical work on executive compensation and the creation of comprehensive guides for compensation software.
