Dr. Amy Sacks

Dr. Amy Sacks is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in various roles within the Perkiomen Valley School District since August 2000, including House Principal at Perkiomen Valley High School and Principal at Evergreen Elementary. Sacks also served as Data Quality and Assessment Program Administrator, Assistant Principal at Perkiomen Valley Middle School East, and has experience as an elementary school teacher. In addition to educational roles, Sacks owned and coached at XCalibur Field Hockey from 2002 to 2009 and was a Division I athlete in field hockey at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1994 to 1998, earning First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Tournament honors. Educational qualifications include a Reading Specialist degree from Kutztown University (2019), an EdD in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University (2016), an MA in Curriculum & Instruction and a Principal's Certificate from Penn State University (2004), and dual Bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1999).
