Megan Maharaj is a dedicated Learning Support Teacher with extensive experience in educational settings, currently serving at Perkiomen Valley School District since August 2016. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Franklin Towne Charter Elementary School in the same capacity from August 2013 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes positions as a TSS at Child Guidance Resource Centers and Assistant Director at Camp Haccamo, where training and safety protocols for campers with disabilities were emphasized. Additionally, Megan has taught K-6 Spanish at South Buffalo Charter School and provided in-home behavioral support for families through People Inc. A Master's degree in Special Education and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Daemen University underpin Megan's expertise and commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.
