Aoiffe Walsh

Aoiffe Walsh, PhD, currently serves as the Content Manager at The Lightbox gallery and museum since February 2024, alongside the role of Academic Writer at Perlego since August 2022. As a Co-Founder of the Neo-Romantic Modernisms Network since March 2019, Aoiffe has fostered engagement in contemporary discussions on modernism. A former Doctoral Researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London, from September 2018 to July 2023, Aoiffe’s doctoral thesis focuses on marginalized Surrealism in Interwar Britain. Additional experience includes lecturing on media arts, leading seminar groups, and working as a Media Arts Department Administrator. Prior roles include serving as a scholarly reviewer for the Open Library of Humanities Limited and a customer service agent at Ted Baker. Educational credentials include a PhD in Art/Art Studies, a Masters by Research in Media Arts, and a BA in Film and Philosophy, all obtained from Royal Holloway, University of London.
