Charlotte Soutter

Charlotte Soutter has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Charlotte started in 1994 at Verizon Business as a Solutions Development/Proposal Manager, where they developed end-user requirements, created contractual documents, and project-managed numerous bids for cloud-based applications. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst at Crawford & Company, contributing to a team that won the Gartner Group's Excellence Award for Business Process Management.
