Kathy Ouellette

Kathy Ouellette has a long and varied career in business. Kathy began their professional journey in 2004 at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit and Assurance Services Consultant. In 2007, they moved to The Siegfried Group as a Consultant, and in 2009 they joined Inlab Ventures LLC as a Venture Member. In 2010, they began their long tenure at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Internal Audit Services Manager, Associate Director of Global Science & Innovation Office, Associate Director of Global Operations Business Intelligence Leader, and Cell Therapy Operations Network & Program Leader. In 2017, they moved to Illumina as a Life Cycle Management Leader. In 2018, they returned to Thermo Fisher Scientific as General Manager of Production & Diagnostics (PDx) and General Manager of Global Export and Developing Regions. In 2022, Kathy became the CEO & President of both Perma Pure LLC and Maxtec. Kathy also became an Angel Investor for Golden Seeds and a Member of Chief in the same year.

Kathy Ouellette received a BS in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
