Katherine Thompson has an extensive work experience beginning in 2007 when they were the Academic and Research Technologies Lead Consultant at Northwestern University. Katherine then moved to Deloitte Consulting in 2010 as a Human Capital Consultant. In 2012, they worked as an Adwords Account Strategist at Google. In 2017, they took on the role of Executive Community Relations Lead at Uber. In 2020, they were the Customer Service Manager at Deljo Heating and Cooling. In 2021, they moved to Sertifi, Inc. as the Customer Service Manager. Currently, they are the Customer Care Manager at Perma-Seal Basement Systems.
