Mike Gamson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Permanent Capital Partners since January 2024, Gamson also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at Evozyne, where the mission focuses on creating innovative proteins for therapeutics and sustainability. Previously, Gamson was CEO of Relativity, overseeing their e-discovery platform, and took time off in early 2019 to engage with family and support the Chicago tech ecosystem. Prior experience includes significant roles at LinkedIn, where Gamson contributed to global solutions and talent acquisition initiatives, as well as a director position at Advent Software, enhancing their product marketing strategies. Early career achievements include financial analysis at Bank of America and entrepreneurial ventures in Costa Rica. Gamson holds a B.A. in Comparative Religions and Fine Arts from Amherst College.
