With previous experience as a Corporate and M&A attorney at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. and Jenner & Block, Taylor has a strong background in representing clients in various industries in both private and public transactions. Taylor holds a JD Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
