Ciara Cassidy

Ciara Cassidy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Skills & Capability Manager IT at permanent tsb since September 2023, where responsibilities include designing and implementing an IT Career Framework for Group Technology and strategic workforce planning. Previously, Ciara worked at Novartis from January 2017 to July 2023, first as the Global Director of Learning Strategy Technology Transformation, leading upskilling for over 3,500 associates, and then as the Global Pharma I&C Learning & Comms Manager, overseeing critical learning and communication initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at St Vincents University Hospital, where Ciara functioned as ICT Project Manager and Quality, Risk & Patient Safety Manager, and as HR & Finance Executive at Engineers Ireland, managing member subscriptions and establishing the HR department. Ciara holds a degree in Business Management from Technological University Dublin.
