John M.

John M. has extensive experience in IT security and infrastructure development, currently serving as IT Security Governance Manager at permanent tsb since May 2019. Prior to this role, John M. worked at RTE from 1999 to 2019 in various positions including Technology Information Security Officer and Senior Systems Administrator/Project Manager, contributing significantly to the technical infrastructure of RTÉ.ie. Earlier positions include Systems Administrator at VMRA, where responsibilities included web design and server configuration, and Junior Programmer at Golden Pages, focusing on Cobol reports and addressing Y2K issues. John M. holds a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from The Open University and a BA in Anthropology, Greek and Roman Civilisation from Maynooth University, alongside earlier education at Clongowes Wood College.
