Alfie Umbhau is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Permanent since April 2024. Previously, Alfie held the position of VP of Product at Neochromosome, Inc. from February 2021 to August 2023 and at Opentrons Labworks Inc. from December 2017 to August 2023. Earlier in career, Alfie was the Director of Product at OnDeck, contributing from September 2009 to March 2017, and also served in various roles including Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. Alfie's early professional experience includes volunteer work at the Microfinance Council from September 2009 to September 2011. Alfie earned a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College between 2004 and 2008.
