Leonardo Manik possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Permata Bank since June 2021, after holding various roles within the organization. Prior to Permata Bank, Leonardo worked as a Project Manager at PT. Tiara Dongoran Jaya and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CIMB Niaga. Additional experience includes roles at PT Bank Permata, TBK, and PT. Time International, where expertise focused on talent management and recruitment for prominent companies in Indonesia. Leonardo holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI', completed in 2013.
