Mudita Ferdiana

Mudita Ferdiana has extensive experience in the banking and digital channels sector, currently serving as the Head of Mobile & Internet Banking Business Development at PermataBank since November 2014, where responsibilities include managing the PermataMobile X product and overseeing business development. Prior to this role, Mudita was a Transaction Banking Product Analyst at ANZ from September 2013 to October 2014 and worked as a Senior E-Channel Business Officer at Bank OCBC NISP from May 2010 to September 2013, focusing on feature development and third-party collaborations. Earlier career experience includes a Management Development Training at Bina Nusantara University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from BINUS University.
