Theodora Susi Yosefine

Theodora Susi Yosefine has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Division Head of HR Service Delivery at PermataBank since January 2011. In this role, Theodora ensures the effective delivery of HR processes and services, focusing on stakeholder satisfaction. Previous positions include Vice President roles in HR Operational Excellence and HR Project & Process Excellence, where responsibilities included managing system projects and improving HR processes. Prior to these roles, Theodora contributed to HR operations and risk management since July 1997, starting as an Officer and progressing to senior management positions. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management Informatika from Universitas Gunadarma.
