Michael Rose

Michael Rose is an accomplished executive with a comprehensive background in talent solutions and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of PERMEVO, a company dedicated to providing diverse talent solutions in the life, health, and data science sectors, Michael also co-founded Cane Garden Rum Punch in early 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Managing Partner at Vignetic, where responsibilities included overseeing finance, operations, and strategic collaboration with stakeholders. As Chief Solutions Officer at TKTKonnect, Michael delivered innovative workforce solutions while focusing on diversity initiatives. Experience includes roles at Hess Corporation and United Water, as well as extensive consulting positions at multiple companies, including Johnson & Johnson. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University.
