Todd Luzadder

Todd Luzadder is currently serving as the Director of Mental Health Services at PermiaCare, overseeing a large operating budget and staff. Prior to this role, Todd held positions as the Director of Service Coordination / Special Projects Manager and Service Coordination Supervisor within the same organization. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Angelo State University, Todd has extensive experience in program planning, staff supervision, and improving service delivery for individuals with mental health needs.
