Erika Francis

Erika Francis has over 20 years of experience in administrative support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Digital Officer at ChampionX since October 2021. Previously, Erika provided high-level, confidential executive administrative support to Vice Presidents and leadership teams at Honeywell from September 2015 to August 2022, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage detailed information in fast-paced environments. Prior to that, Erika held the position of Administrator III in Sand Control Marketing at Baker Hughes, where assistance was provided to the Director of Sand Control Marketing and Product Line Managers. Erika began a career in customer service and sales at Wilsonart International, a global leader in laminate and solid surfacing materials. Erika holds a diploma from Sam Houston High School and has completed education at Lone Star College System.
