Linda Ngo Ludwig

Linda Ngo Ludwig is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ChampionX since September 2020. In this role, Linda leads the Production and Automation Technologies legal team, providing comprehensive legal counsel to the leadership team across various global operations. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at CVR Energy, Inc., where Linda focused on corporate governance, labor and employment, and risk management in the petroleum and fertilizer sectors. Other roles include Associate General Counsel at Tesco Corporation and Spark Energy, as well as Legal Counsel positions at Direct Energy and Dell. Linda holds a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
