Marianne Ibrahim

Marianne Ibrahim has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Marianne is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at ChampionX since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Baker Hughes for 12 years, where they held various senior compliance and corporate counsel positions. In their most recent role at Baker Hughes, they led a global compliance team responsible for implementing policies, guidelines, and processes. Before joining Baker Hughes, Marianne worked as an Associate Attorney at Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin & Robbins LLP, where they represented clients in commercial litigation cases. Marianne also served as a Briefing Attorney for Justice George C. Hanks Jr. at the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas and as a Judicial Intern to Hon. David Hittner at the U.S. District Courts.

Marianne Ibrahim obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Texas A&M University. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the South Texas College of Law Houston, where they completed a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
