Miranda Knippers

Miranda Knippers is an experienced professional in employee experience and talent management, currently serving as the Sr. Employee Experience Manager at ChampionX, a position held since December 2016. Prior roles at ChampionX include Talent & Communications Manager and Sr. Training Specialist. Prior to joining ChampionX, Miranda worked at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, from March 2012 to November 2016, where titles included Sr. Product Specialist Upstream Automation and Product Specialist Upstream Automation. Additionally, Miranda had a brief tenure as a Teacher at Amarillo ISD's Palo Duro High School in late 2011. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in General Business and Secondary Education from West Texas A&M University.
