Ryan Hughes is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Customer Experience at ChampionX Artificial Lift since 2018, Ryan has successfully managed a team of over 55 professionals, driving significant revenue growth through a strong focus on customer interaction and operational excellence. Previously, Ryan held key positions at Schlumberger, where as Senior Sales Engineer, a strategic approach led to securing $85 million in new project revenue during a challenging market. Ryan's career also includes roles at BORETS US Inc and Sprint Nextel, demonstrating a consistent ability to improve sales, manage teams effectively, and achieve operational targets. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Business from West Texas A&M University.
