Christopher Crozier began their work experience in 1993 as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where they stayed until 1997. Christopher then worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a Senior Associate from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in Firm Management and stayed until 2008. From January 2008 onwards, they have been working as the Chief Risk Officer at Permira Advisers.

Christopher Crozier's education history begins in 1985 when they enrolled at Brown University. Christopher pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs and completed their studies in 1989. During their time at Brown, in 1988, they also briefly attended the University of Glasgow, focusing on History.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Christopher Crozier continued their education at the University of Oxford from 1990 to 1993. Christopher earned a Master of Arts degree in Jurisprudence (Law).

In addition to their formal education, Christopher Crozier obtained certifications in their field. In 1995, they became an Attorney through the New York State Unified Court System. Three years later, in 1998, they became a Qualified Lawyer in England and Wales through the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
