Kristina Roman

Kristina Roman is a seasoned professional in the field of global talent acquisition, currently serving at Permira since October 2021. At Permira, a prominent investment firm with €77bn in committed capital, Kristina focuses on supporting successful businesses aspiring for growth. Prior to this role, Kristina spent over four years at Heidrick & Struggles, first as a Senior Associate in the Global Consumer Practice, where advisory services were offered to international clients on c-suite and board level mandates in sectors such as luxury and retail. Additionally, Kristina held positions as an Associate and Analyst within various practices, contributing expertise in executive appointments and eCommerce. Academically, Kristina holds a BA (Hons) with Distinction from the University of Toronto, studied English and International Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science, and earned a Master's degree in International Business from Regent's University London.
