Yi Xiao

Yi Xiao is the Managing Director at Permira, bringing over 12 years of experience in cross-industry consulting, specializing in supply chain management, performance improvement, and strategy development. Previously, they served as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, leading corporate transformation and supply chain performance projects, and held various leadership roles at Halliburton, contributing to quality management and continuous improvement initiatives. Yi holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, along with participation in the Halliburton Financial Leadership Program. They currently also serve as a Board Member at Topcast.
