Seth Moucka

Seth Moucka is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic leadership, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Permitium since July 2023. Previously, Seth held various senior roles at EAB from 2012 to 2023, including Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of senior customer success managers, onboarding new clients, and maintaining executive relationships with prominent universities. Seth's extensive experience also includes building development experiences for customer success teams, overseeing technology partnerships, and implementing strategic initiatives that fostered significant growth in customer engagement. Prior roles at The Advisory Board Company involved enhancing revenue cycle performance and managing operations for technology solutions. Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Latin American Studies from Luther College, along with study abroad experience in Anthropology and Business at Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan.
