Sarah Bolt

Sarah Bolt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sarah started their career as a Branch Manager at Drake International in 1998 and later joined Johnson & Johnson Medical in 2001 as a National Operations Manager. At Johnson & Johnson Medical, they were responsible for various roles, including national warehousing and distribution, customer service, and inventory planning. Sarah also worked on cross-functional business teams and was a member of the DePuy Leadership team.

After leaving Johnson & Johnson Medical in 2012, Sarah founded and served as the CEO of iSort Pty Ltd until 2016. In this role, they focused on deceased estate management, including sorting, packing, clearing, and cleaning of estates. Sarah also collaborated with local charities to re-home furniture and support those in need.

Since 2016, Sarah has been working at Permobil, where they initially served as the Operations Director Australia & HR Lead ANZ until February 2020. Currently, they hold the position of VP Human Resources APAC.

Sarah Bolt attended Nga Tawa College, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Victoria University of Wellington from 1983 to 1985. During their time at Victoria University, Sarah pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations, as well as Marketing. No information is available about their academic activities before attending Nga Tawa College or after their time at Victoria University of Wellington.
