Kimberly Castelda

Kimberly Castelda has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Kimberly is currently the Chief People Officer at Permutive since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Magnitude Software, Inc from November 2020 to March 2022.

From September 2013 to February 2020, Kimberly held the role of Chief People Officer at Bullhorn, where they played a vital role in aligning HR actions with business strategies to drive revenue and growth. Kimberly successfully led multiple global acquisitions and achieved significant workforce growth.

Before joining Bullhorn, Kimberly worked as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Harvard University from May 2010 to August 2013. In this role, they managed strategic HR planning, change management initiatives, and led large-scale reorganizations.

From June 2000 to December 2010, Kimberly served as the Director of Human Resources at E Ink Corporation. During their tenure, they provided guidance on various HR matters and played a key role in a successful merger with Prime View International.

Kimberly's career at Harvard University began in October 1989 as an Assistant Director, where they worked until June 2000.
