Aline Serafini has a solid work experience in the field of process consulting and coordination of chatbot curation. Aline started their career in 2015 at Virtual Interactions - Plusoft, where they worked as a PO and Coordinator of Curators. Their responsibilities included managing projects, coordinating a team of chatbot curators, developing strategies for improving chatbot usability, and creating service flows and closed dialogues. Aline had direct contact with clients and managed demands and priorities for the squad in an agile environment. In 2020, they joined GVP as a Process Consultant and Chatbot Curator, before transitioning to their current role as a PO - Agile Lead at Pernambucanas.
Aline Serafini completed their undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, from 2018 to 2022. Aline also obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2020.
