Dr Carmen del Rio

Dr. Carmen del Rio, currently serving as Operations Director at Pernod Ricard Iberia since December 1999, manages three production centers responsible for domestic markets and copacking, servicing over 60 countries. With extensive experience in industrial development, innovation, and operational excellence, Dr. del Rio has held various leadership roles including Head of Industrial Development and Industrial Innovation Manager at Pernod Ricard España. Prior to joining Pernod Ricard, Dr. del Rio completed a PhD focused on milk lipoproteins at Nestlé and has a strong educational background in organic chemistry, leadership, and digital transformation from prestigious institutions, including the University of Lausanne and MIT Professional Education.
