Min-Ju Ji

Min-Ju Ji currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Pernod Ricard since September 2023. Prior to this role, Min-Ju held the position of Human Resources Director at Tapestry from August 2017 to August 2023. Min-Ju's extensive HR experience also includes a tenure at Beiersdorf, where roles included HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Specialist from June 2006 to August 2017. Earlier in the career, Min-Ju worked in PR & Communications at Abbott from December 2002 to June 2006 and served as an English Interpreter in the Business Center at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts from March 2000 to December 2002. Min-Ju holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from 고려대학교 and has a degree in Business Coaching from 서강대학교.
