Restoration Manager at Perpetua Resources

Dan Kline has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Dan began their career in 1989 with Agrium as a Mine Engineering Specialist, where they had responsibility for an annual budget of up to $4 million and was responsible for mine development, engineering, and geology. Dan later moved up to the roles of Mine Manager and Mine Planner at Agrium. In 1996, they joined Newmont Mining Corporation as a Mine Engineer. In 2013, they joined US Oil Sands Inc. as General Manager of the PR Spring Project, where they were responsible for managing budgets/spending, recruiting and human resource oversight, production/operational management, health/safety/environmental compliance, and public outreach. In 2018, they joined Perpetua Resources as a Restoration Manager.

Dan Kline completed their Associates of Arts & Science in Geology from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 1991. Dan then went on to pursue their Bachelors of Science in Mine Engineering from the University of Idaho, which they completed in 1996.
