Joanne Holdaway

Joanne Holdaway is an experienced legal professional and board member with a strong background in governance and law. Currently serving on the Board of Trustees at The Brook Waimārama Sanctuary since April 2023 and as a Senior Client Manager and in-house lawyer at Perpetual Guardian since May 2018, Joanne has also contributed to various organizations such as Graduate Women Manawatu. Previous roles include solicitor positions at multiple law firms, managing estate and conveyancing matters, and handling Family Court litigation. Early career experience includes business development for a startup and a publishing assistant role focused on legal databases. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington.
