Ted Utley

Ted Utley graduated from Oakland City University with a degree in Management of Human Resources and joined PTI in 2006 as Human Resource Manager. Ted has over 26 years experience and a particular expertise in all aspects of Human Resource Management. Ted oversees the day to day policy decisions, manages the company's 401k program, processes security clearance investigations and also serves as the Facility Security Officer for PTI. In addition Ted develops and implements the company ethics training and employee certification program.
