Karan Arya is an experienced paraplanner with a strong background in financial planning and compliance, having worked at various reputable firms since 2008. Currently holding the position of Paraplanner at Perpetual Limited since September 2025, Karan collaborates with advisers to create tailored advice and investment strategies while generating comprehensive advice documents within established time frames. Prior roles include Senior Paraplanner at AD Advisory, where Karan also served as a compliance officer and Xplan Administrator, and as a Senior Paraplanner at Viridian Advisory. Throughout a diverse career, Karan has developed expertise in preparing compliant advice documents involving complex strategies, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and generating Statements of Advice across multiple organizations. Karan holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Melbourne and is a Certified Financial Planner - Level 2.
