Sam Mosse

Sam Mosse has extensive work experience in risk management and compliance. From 1992 to 1994, they worked for KPMG in the role of Audit & Advisory. Sam then joined Macquarie Group as Division Director and remained there until 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Business Manager for Megan Morton Stylist. From 2013 to 2017, they held various roles at Henderson Global Investors Australia, including Head of Operations & Risk and Head of Risk & Compliance, Pan Asia. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Janus Henderson Investors as Head of Risk and Compliance, Pan Asia and Global Head of Enterprise Risk (interim). Currently, they are working at Perpetual Limited as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer.

Sam Mosse has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from UNSW, which was obtained from 1989 to 1992. They also completed a Professional Year program at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 1993 to 1994. In 1995-1996, Sam pursued a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance at FINSIA. Later in 2020, they attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors as a graduate.
