Tylah Sturmann

Tylah Sturmann currently serves as a People & Culture Advisor at Perpetual Limited since August 2025. Prior to this role, Tylah gained extensive experience at Turks, holding positions from Legal Assistant to Senior HR Advisor between March 2023 and August 2025. Tylah also worked as a People & Operations Administration Assistant at Pacific International Insurance (AU/NZ) on a contract basis from November 2022 to July 2023, and served as a Paralegal at Catherine Henry Lawyers from September 2021 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant at TurksLegal and Law Partners Personal Injury Lawyers from 2020 to 2021. Tylah is pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management at Charles Sturt University, expected to graduate in November 2025, and has recently studied Business & Social Corporate Responsibility at OST – Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences.
