Matthew Kast

Matthew Kast is an accomplished Product Design Manager with extensive experience in user experience and product design across multiple industries. At Perpetual, Matthew has held the roles of Product Design Manager and Lead Product Designer since December 2020, focusing on enhancing user experiences and leading design initiatives. Prior to this, Matthew served as a Senior Product Designer at FUSION Foundation and gained valuable experience as a Web Designer at Betcha. Matthew's expertise includes developing a universal design system and conducting user research, which has significantly improved client satisfaction. With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Interaction Design from Syracuse University, Matthew has collaborated with notable organizations such as Visible Alpha, Thomson Reuters, and the Australian Army, and has a strong foundation in product management and user experience research.
