Kristin Moore MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience. Kristin began their career in 2007 as a Sales Associate at Kirlin's Hallmark, where they organized and created product displays and utilized their communication skills to assist customers. In the same year, they also began working with Indiana University Circle of Life as their Vice President of Promotions and Assistant Team Coordinator, where they acquired communication and coordination skills by working with other Vice Presidents of the Circle of Life and the Executive Council to prepare for the Indiana University Circle of Life Half-Marathon and 5k races. In 2010, they began working as a Program Management Intern at Bloomington Hospital, where they successfully back-loaded patient data from tape to disk onto a Cerner Laboratory Information System (LIS). In 2012, they began working at Indiana University Health as a Project Lead, where they managed project implementations gathering requirements, setting up communication with key stakeholders, initiating kick-off meetings, managing design sessions, demos, user-acceptance testing, QA, training, go-live schedules and needs, providing updates to senior leaders, and keeping product documentation updated. Kristin also provided support and maintenance (on-call rotations and troubleshooting) for all IU Health hospitals and clinics currently using Cerner scheduling and registration while continuing develop business relationships with customers. In 2013, they joined the Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing Annual Fund Steering Committee as a Steering Committee Member. In 2018, they began working at PERQ as their Senior Manager, Technical Support. In this role, they managed the AI utterance learning and analysis of PERQ's NLP and initiated conversations to continuously improve PERQ’s Client Success process and client value delivery and translate client requests into clear action steps needed to deliver. Kristin also took on the role of Implementation Manager - Integrations & Insights, where they were accountable for the role of project coordinator and integrations as outlined below, with the additional responsibilities of: managing a team of people (2), attending leadership and company business review meetings, product ownership in market and product launch, consulting on company strategy and product decisions, and creating and monitoring quarterly goals and KPIs for their team. Kristin also served as their Community Chair, which was PERQ’s head of philanthropy and was the main contact with non-profit opportunities. In 2022, they joined EDGE Mentoring as their EDGE|Work Emerging Leader, where they were challenged to grow in areas of personal and professional development through close proximity with a trusted group of individuals from other organizations and a certified Advisor.

Kristin Moore MBA, PMP has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington from 2007 to 2011, and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2015 to 2017. Kristin has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn and SAS, as well as a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2017.
