Angela Licata

Angela Licata has a diverse work experience. Angela began their career in 2012 as a Councillor's Aide for the City of Toronto. Angela then moved on to become a CMMS Auditor for the Toronto District School Board in 2013. In 2014, they held three roles simultaneously at McMaster University, including Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Course Instructor. That same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant for the Government of Canada. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Marketing Communications Manager at Dalia's Bakery Inc. Finally, they are currently a Research Associate at Perrett Laver.

Angela Licata has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Relations, Global Political Economy from McMaster University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2021. Angela also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from McMaster University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2015. Her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics & Governance was obtained from Ryerson University between 2010 and 2014. In addition, they have obtained a TESOL from UNI-Prep Corporation in May 2019, as well as a Foundational Educator Enhancement Certificate of Completion from MacPherson Institute, McMaster University.
