Efrat Feder Bukshpan

Efrat Feder Bukshpan has extensive experience in various human resources roles. Efrat has worked at Perrigo Company plc since 2007, where they held positions such as Vice President Human Resources, Senior Director, HR CSCI International, HRBP & Head of OD, Compensation and Benefits - Perrigo Israel, and HR Director Perrigo UK. Prior to Perrigo, they worked at Amdocs as the Director of Human Resources & Leadership Training & Development Director. Before that, they were the HR Director at Net 2 wireless or Jigami. Efrat began their career at Paz Oil Company as an HR Manager of a business unit and also worked as a Recruitment expert at Koren Yahav.

Efrat Feder Bukshpan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in HR management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1996. Efrat later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it in 2000.
