Massimo Pilia

Massimo Pilia is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as VP, Cluster General Manager for South and West Europe at Perrigo Company plc since May 2016, Massimo has held various leadership roles within the company, overseeing markets including Iberia, Italy, Greece, Turkey, France, and Benelux. Prior to Perrigo, Massimo was the Pharmacy Business Unit Director for Italy and Greece at Beiersdorf Southern Europe from January 2013 to April 2016. Earlier positions include Sales & Marketing Director at Dompé and multiple roles at Reckitt, where responsibilities encompassed trade marketing, key account management, and brand management. Massimo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, obtained between 1991 and 1999.
