Carl Davies has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Carl started their career at Haagen-Dazs & Pillsbury in sales and marketing roles from 1990 to 1996. Carl then moved to Nestle, where they served as the Head of Sainsbury Business Unit and Head of Commercial Chilled Dairy from 1998 to 2002. After that, they joined Procter & Gamble and held multiple leadership roles, including Director Western Europe, P&G Corporate MS&P Director UK, and Global Tesco Commercial Director - Gillette from 2002 to 2010.

In 2010, Davies began working at Pentland Brands, where they initially served as Vice President International for Speedo International, leading the modernization of the brand's global market approach. Carl then became the Managing Director of Mitre & Prostar, implementing a successful turnaround strategy for the company. Davies later served as the Chief Customer Officer, responsible for the global commercial strategy and transformation of the go-to-market model across Pentland Brands' subsidiaries and distributors. Lastly, they took on the role of President: UK, EMEA & Americas, overseeing multiple brands and divisions.

Throughout their career, Davies has also taken up board positions, such as being a Member of the Board of Directors at Urban Rajah and a Board Member at Palace for Life Foundation. In 2020, they joined Perry Ellis International as the Managing Director.

Carl Davies attended City, University of London from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Economics. Carl also attended the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe from 1981 to 1987. Additionally, they participated in the Leading Strategy & Change program at Hult Ashridge and completed the Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School.
