Jiang Jiang, MBA, currently serves as a Business Analyst at Perry Ellis International since June 2022 and has been a Business Analyst Intern at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since January 2022, where involvement includes supply chain data transformation and ETL processes. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Esteem Wealth Advisor Ltd, achieving a 15% increase in employee retention, and serving as Project Manager at Guangdong South China Industrial Design Institute, completing multiple government-funded projects. Earlier work as an Engineer at China Ship-Building Industry Corporation involved significant contributions to the layout design of China’s first aircraft carrier. Jiang holds an MBA and MS in Business Analytics from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, as well as two degrees in Industrial and Product Design from Harbin Engineering University.
