Rajan M. has a diverse range of work experience in data warehousing, database administration, and ERP system administration. Starting in 1995 as a Project Leader & DBA at Hamsa Infomatics, they were involved in the design of an ERP product and responsible for DBA activities at customer sites. Rajan then moved on to Nation's Rent Inc as a Lawson ERP System Admin & Oracle DBA, where they handled installation, maintenance, and performance tuning of databases. After that, they joined Westaff as a Lawson ERP system admin & Oracle DBA, focusing on Lawson System admin and database administration. In 2002, Rajan worked at i2Technologies Limited as a Consultant for DB performance Tuning, where they were involved in performance tuning and text search tuning. Rajan then transitioned to Perry Ellis International, where they held various positions such as Senior DBA/SAP Business Objects Designer, Manager of DBA/DW Architect, and Director of Data Warehousing/Cloud DW Architect. In these roles, they designed and built data warehouses, migrated databases to cloud platforms, and managed production databases.
