Caleb Sims

Caleb Sims is an accomplished professional with significant experience in the construction and management sectors. Currently serving as Division President at Perry Homes since November 2017, Caleb has also held roles as Vice President of Construction and Project Manager within the company. Prior to this, Caleb spent a substantial period in the US Marine Corps, where positions included Marine and Marine Recruiting Office Supervisor from January 2015 to November 2017. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, earned between January 2017 and December 2021, and is a graduate of Chapel Hill High School, Class of 2009.
