Joel Geniesse

Joel Geniesse is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Division President at Smith Douglas Homes since December 2014, Joel has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Operations, Purchasing Director, and Project Manager at Ashton Woods Homes from July 1999 to August 2014. Additionally, Joel has experience as a self-employed management consultant and has been actively involved in leadership positions with the International Fellowship of Christian Martial Artists and Warriors for Christ, Inc., where Joel served as Founder and President. Joel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and an Associate's degree in Design and Engineering Technology from Beaufort County Community College.
